Special alloy forging
The forging workshop shall create and provide a working environment that meets the requirements for forging and processing forgings for operators. The forging workshop shall be constructed of non combustible materials, and the height and width of the workshop shall meet the requirements of the workshop design. The ground shall be made of solid materials, able to withstand hot metal, and the ground shall be flat and not slippery. The factory, floor, wall and skylight must be maintained regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
Forging is a processing method that uses forging machinery to exert pressure on metal blank to produce plastic deformation and obtain forgings with certain mechanical properties, shape and size. It is one of two parts of the forging pressure (forging and stamping).
Forging is a method to process metal. The advantage of this method is that it can increase the performance of the metal itself while forging, because the fault and gap inside the metal billet will be removed during forging, which is actually to increase the bonding degree of metal particles inside the metal during forging, so that the excess impurities in the metal can be removed during forging.
