The forging workshop shall create and provide a working environment that meets the requirements for forging and processing forgings for operators. The forging workshop shall be constructed of non combustible materials, and the height and width of the workshop shall meet the requirements of the workshop design. The ground shall be made of solid materials, able to withstand hot metal, and the ground shall be flat and not slippery. The factory, floor, wall and skylight must be maintained regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
Thermal insulation measures shall be taken for workshops in winter. When the workshop temperature exceeds 35 ℃ in summer, effective cooling measures shall be taken. Local air supply device shall be set in the high-temperature working area. The average air speed shall be less than 5~7m/s. Harmful substances in the workshop shall not be blown into the human body. The indoor working area shall have good natural ventilation. If the natural circulation of air cannot be taken away, ventilators, fans or other equipment with sufficient ventilation capacity must be installed and maintained.
Mechanical equipment shall be used for the arrangement of mechanical equipment so as to have enough light. When the natural light is insufficient, local lighting shall be provided, but strong light and shadow (including moving shadow) shall not enter the operator's field of vision directly or reflected. The general lighting of the workshop shall not be less than 45lx. Other requirements shall be implemented according to relevant regulations.
There shall be sufficient spacing between equipment to facilitate the temporary storage of blanks, forgings and wastes. The placement position of the machine does not allow the operator to work on the channel. The equipment layout of the new plant shall comply with the relevant provisions of the plant design layout. The expansion and reconstruction shall also meet the relevant requirements of the plane layout.
There must be a certain width of passage to allow workers to move and transport materials freely. The area of this passage is not included in the work and storage area, and the boundary shall be marked. The width of sidewalk shall not be less than 1.5m, and the width of roadway shall not be less than 3m.
Various pipes in the forging workshop shall be laid underground or overhead according to the nature of the medium, and shall not be laid on the floor surface. Select pipes according to different pressure requirements. The blanks and forgings shall be stored in the blank warehouse and forging warehouse. The waste and oxide skin shall be placed in the waste box or special storage place. The stacking height of blanks and forgings shall be less than 2m, and the bottom width shall be greater than the height.
Hand tools used in production shall be placed neatly and orderly near the forging equipment, and large tools shall be placed in the tool library. The forging die shall be placed in the die library, and the small forging die shall be placed on the special die frame. The die frame is made of metal, and the structure must be firm and stable. The mold warehouse shall be far away from places with large vibration, and protective fences shall be set.
The old forging workshop in old condition shall be equipped with forging operator and loader. For the newly built forging workshop, the free forging hammer above 560kg shall be equipped with forging operator and loader. Mechanized equipment shall be used for transportation between processes, and conveyor belts and conveyors shall be equipped with protective fences.
The forging workshop shall provide shower rooms and changing rooms for workers. The locker room should be as close to the shower room as possible, and the floor of the shower room and locker room should be constructed with anti-skid materials.
