Quality inspection methods for aluminum alloy forgings
As the inspection methods are divided into appearance quality inspection and application quality inspection, appearance quality inspection is generally non-destructive inspection, which can be conducted simultaneously with naked eyes or low magnification magnifying glass. If necessary, non-destructive tests can also be used. With the development of forging technology, the metal deforms and extends into fiber structure, which greatly improves the toughness of the material.
After forging, the internal structure of the material becomes very firm, which significantly improves the mechanical properties of the forgings, which is also the main reason for the superior performance of the forgings. Therefore, the forgings are made by machines. At present, the so-called low corrosion method is mainly used to detect cracks and non-metallic mixtures in forgings. Different low magnification materials have different specifications and fracture tests.
Inspection method can be used to check possible problems, layered defects, internal cracks, etc. of forgings, and for some large structural steel forgings, it can be used to check sulfur.
The sample tested by low spectrum is uniform, with low sulfur content. No heat treatment is carried out after heat treatment, and the test is generally low. A kind of heating device for aluminum alloy forging blank is introduced, including furnace body, electric heating element and conveying mechanism. The openings on the left and right sides of the furnace body are separated, and there are electric heating elements in the body.
In the furnace, under the action of the transmission mechanism, the heat difference of the aluminum alloy billet heated by the furnace can be reduced, thus reducing the possibility of cracking and scratching of the billet.
