For aluminum alloy forging process, hydraulic press is the ideal equipment for aluminum alloy forging. At present, aluminum alloy die forgings at home and abroad are mainly focused on the requirements of large forgings for aircraft, and large precision die forging hydraulic presses are paid attention to. With the expansion of the application scope of aluminum alloy, especially the expansion of small and medium-sized aluminum alloy forgings for automotive, rail transit and other civil products, the conventional hydraulic press with low working frequency and low production efficiency is difficult to meet the production needs of a large number of civil aluminum alloy products.
