1. The ring forging loader must pass the training and examination. During loading and unloading operations, operators and tank car drivers shall not leave the site. During normal loading and unloading, the truck shall not be started at will;
2. When filling annular forgings on each trestle, one person must be on duty, and one person shall be responsible for loading more than one vehicle at a time;
3. The tank car shall be parked according to the position, and the hand brake shall be used to brake and stop the engine. When it is possible to slide when parking, fix the wheels;
4. It is strictly prohibited to use tools and supplies that are easy to generate sparks on the workshop site;
5. Connect the static grounding wire before loading;
6. It is strictly forbidden for tank car drivers to operate any facilities on the trestle;
7. When loading ring forgings, special personnel must observe the rise of oil level of tank car. If the oil level does not rise or is abnormal, it shall be reported immediately and handled in a timely manner;
8. Filling records shall be carefully filled in for tank car filling, including: tank car user, vehicle model, vehicle number, loading medium, loading date, actual filling volume, signatures of fuel paying personnel, shift leader and driver.
